Take Shape for Life... On the Road

Hi, I wanted to give you a glimpse of my progress to date. I am thankfully changing my body on a consistent basis down 43 pounds, 4 sizes which is great fun!
I have just returned from my trip to Ohio and Indiana and wanted to let you know how portable Take Shape for Life is. I packed up my weeks supply of food into individual days with 1/2 gallon zip lock bags, then all I had to do was have my individual days supply in my purse and I was ready. My shaker cup worked well for soups and oatmeal, with just a bit of water and a microwave I had a great meal on the go. With a little prep work the night before I had a favorite recipe "cream of broccoli soup/chips" to add to the mix. Include the bars and I was ready for the road.
I had great times with friends with meals out - breakfast, lunches, dinner. Just counted it as my lean and green and I had a complete day on program and feeling great.
So if you wondered how you could do this with your busy on the go life - it is easy! Give me a call or an email and I'll help you get started on your journey toward Optimal Health.

43 pounds since July 3

The journey continues not to disappoint, the weight is dropping off at about 4 pounds a week - every week. I am down 4 sizes as well, how fun to be able to shop in the regular section of the store. I bought a new pair of jeans, and a friend was commenting on Sunday that my pants were getting baggy - I said these are my new ones!
In keeping with the trilogy approach at Take Shape for Life - my mind is changing too! I am more positive about life, and as it has been noticed (fortunately) more gracious with those around me. That is worth everything.
I think it comes from not feeling so defensive all the time. I am truly blessed.
So, where are you on our journey to optimal health? Does this sound like something you'd like to do? I am here for you - together we can do it.

A New Health Coach is Born

I just attended a Super Saturday, and needless to say- I AM PUMPED! How exciting to hear the stories of lives that have literally been saved by the Take Shape for Life program. There were about 130 of us that gathered at the Shilo Inn at the Portland Airport, with over 5000 pounds lost, 3 bi-pap/c-pap machines discontinued, and multiple stories of medications that are no longer needed. Cholesterol, Blood Pressure and Blood Sugars all in normal range!
Wow. I can see that I am not just a fluke, having success, but this is the norm for those who follow the program. Now I have a chance to make the same difference in someone's life - I AM NOW A HEALTH COACH!
Getting America Healthy one person at a time.
